Our kids are in Gymnastics.
They have a large pit full of foam cubes at the gym.Advanced gymnists practice their flips over the pit so they have a safe place to land.We got to play in the pit at the gym open house. It's like quicksand, if you don't stay horizontal, it sucks you down in.

For Thanksgiving, our daughter's class made apple pies.

Then they had a Thanksgiving feast. Everyone wore costumes they made in class.

The brush fires were bad here this fall. The smoke was so thick one day it was dark as night at 2:00pm. Notice the ash buildup on my truck, and the smoky sunrises and sunsets.

Great Grandpa Floyd and Great Grandma Jean gave our daughter a hand made doll cradle for her birthday.Grandpa made the cradle, and Grandma sewed sheets, a quilt, and made an afgan.
